Default Krooz-Cam Web Site Goodbye

The "Krooz Cam" web site, for those familiar with it, has been discontinued by the owner. Too bad, it was a great place to watch the different ships on their respective journeys, all on one convienient site. Sorry to see it go.

PS I watched the MV Coral cross the Atlantic on this site. Was hoping to do the same for the "MV Island"

You should still be able to view these cams from Princess' website.

http://www.princess.com/onboard/fleet/

Just click on "Live Bridge Cams" on the right side of the page.

=)

I guess that's better than nothing but besides being limited to only Princess ships, it does not show as much as the Kroooze-cam site did. Besides multiple cruise lines, it also showed various ports. I too wonder why it went down as it was often used and would seem to not cost that much to maintain since they get their feeds from other sources and just provide a centralized point to access them.

I also notice that http://www.lighthousetravel.com/ now only shows the port cameras. They must have been linked to this site too.
