Baya Beach Club - Curacao

Anyone ever been to the Baya Beach Club or Dive City in Curacao. I want to take an intro to dive course there, but want to make sure that the beach is good nice. My wife does not dive or snorkel, but loves a nice relaxing beach. Would appreciate any input on this location or recomendations of other beach/dive shop locations.
