10 Day Vision of the Seas cruise 2-12 Nov 2012

Headed out on the Vision of the Seas from Ft. Lauderdale for a 10 day cruise. How many formal/elegant nights can we expect? It is usually 2 on a 7 day cruise but we haven't done a 10 day for awhile. Also I usually wear a tux. Will I be overdressed

? Thanks for any help!
